George Beim, the President and CEO of PMG, brings a wealth of sports and business experience to the company which includes playing and coaching collegiate and professional soccer as well as key management positions with professional sports franchises in several sports and sports marketing firms. He has been responsible for the complete management of events ranging in size and stature from local community golf outings to international competitions in venues such as the Louisiana Superdome.
    A graduate of the University of North Carolina, he also holds an MS degree from the University of Southern Maine.  His soccer experience includes playing at the professional level, as well as coaching and administrative positions at Dartmouth College, in the North American Soccer League (NASL) and the National Professional Soccer League (NPSL).  He has been the President and CEO of two sports marketing firms and one professional franchise, and has overseen the marketing and promotional activities for professional golf events and professional sports franchises in football, basketball and soccer.  He is a published author of four soccer coaching books and Babe Ruth: A Daughter's Portrait, a pictorial history of Babe Ruth that he wrote in conjunction with the Babe's daughter, Julia Ruth Stevens.

Ron Jaworski was selected as a 2nd round NFL draft choice of the LA Rams in 1973 after an
outstanding career at Youngstown State. He spent four years with the Rams and was then traded to the Philadelphia Eagles.  "JAWS" led the Eagles to the NFC Playoffs in both 1978 and 1979.  In 1980 he guided them to a 12-4 record, the NFC Championship and the Eagles' first-ever Super Bowl appearance. Some of the numerous honors that he has received as a player include being named to the Pro Bowl, selected by UPI as "NFC Player of the Year" and being recognized as the "Professional Athlete of the Year - 1980" by the Dunlop Tire and Rubber Corp.
    Since retiring from professional football, Ron has developed varied business interests and has been very active in charity and community affairs.  Ron is also a very popular motivational speaker.  His career as a radio and television broadcaster has blossomed; particularly as a football analyst for ESPN.  His shows include NFL Sunday Night Countdown, NFL Monday Night Countdown and Edge NFL Matchup. When Ron finds time in his busy schedule, you'll find him pursing one of his passions... the game of Golf.
